Enjoy handcrafted classic and contemporary cocktails at Jack Bain’s Bar and savour the art of gourmet cuisine at Palette. For the finest Thai and Lanna cuisine with organic ingredients join us at the Dining Room and partake in afternoon tea at the gardens or the Parlour.
